Taking & following shipment instruction given by logistics person.
Arranging local vehicle for the dispatch.
Coordination with logistics person in HO in case of interstate dispatch regarding the
vehicle as well as dispatch details.
Making timely arrangement of loaders.
Ensuring bills are perfect and there are no errors.
To send bills to the respective party either on the same day or maximum next day.
Communicating with customers about the vehicle for the arrival of shipment in case of
local dispatch.
Responsible for depositing & collecting cheques & informing the same in the HO.
B. Purchase:
Communication with the loaders, drivers & transporters for the timely delivery.
Arranging for unloading people.
3. Making cash vouchers & submitting the same in the HO.
