Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute Google Ads + Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and audience analysis.
Create and test multiple ad copies and campaign variations.
Monitor CPL, conversion rate, ROAS and overall campaign performance.
Optimise campaigns based on performance data.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
Analyse landing-page performance and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with the sales, counselling, website and creative teams.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Preferred candidate profile
24 years of hands-on Google + Meta Ads experience.
Solid understanding of lead-generation campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
Robust analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience handling education/EdTech campaigns preferred.
