Role: A2P Wholesale Account Manager

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years

Educational Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Telecommunications / Business Management. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Drive A2P SMS Wholesale business across global and domestic markets with focus on clients.
Develop and manage relationships with telecom operators, aggregators, and enterprise customers.
Negotiate interconnect and wholesale agreements to ensure competitive routing and margins.
Identify recent business opportunities, design go-to-market strategies and expand international connectivity.
Monitor traffic, routes, and quality of service to ensure high delivery rates and client satisfaction.
Work closely with product, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to maintain business edge.
Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets as per business plans.

Required Skills & Competencies




Solid background in A2P SMS Wholesale, Enterprise Messaging, or International Voice/SMS business.
Solid understanding of SMS routing, firewall, interconnects, SMPP protocols, and messaging platforms.
Proven track record of managing global accounts and delivering business growth.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to monitor traffic performance and optimize routes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
Solid negotiation and closing skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term business relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and adapt sales strategies to meet client needs.
Familiarity with pricing models and contract negotiations for international telecom services.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
