Position Overview

We are looking for Accounts Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of accounting processes, Tally ERP, invoicing, purchase and sales documentation, receivables/payables, and bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
Handle Tally ERP Accounting Software.
Prepare and process:
E-invoices
E-way bills
Purchase bills
Sales and purchase orders
Quotations
Credit notes
Debit notes
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Perform bank entries and bank reconciliation.
Maintain and verify expense vouchers.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Key Requirements
Thorough working knowledge of Tally ERP Accounting Software.
Knowledge of invoicing, billing, taxation-related documentation, and general accounting processes.




Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification
B.Com / MBA / BBA or equivalent qualification.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Prior experience in accounting, preferably with hands-on Tally experience.
Proactive attitude toward learning and professional growth.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, fixed, based on experience and interview fitment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
