Role Overview

We are hiring for Founder’s Office roles with multiple clients and are looking for driven, analytical specialists with strong problem-solving and execution skills. The role involves working closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, business growth, operational improvements, and new business opportunities. You will take ownership of projects from identifying opportunities and validating ideas to execution and rollout, while using data and customer insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead new initiatives from idea to execution, including customer validation, planning, cross-functional coordination, launch, and rollout.
Drive high-impact projects focused on business growth, performance improvement, customer retention, brand recall, NPS, and new category development.
Support key business decisions through data analysis, structured problem-solving, and actionable insights.
Track key business metrics, identify unusual trends or performance gaps, and recommend improvements across growth, profitability, and brand performance.




Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively and business goals are achieved.
Engage directly with customers, store teams, and sales representatives to understand customer needs and identify new opportunities.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in consulting, a startup, Founder’s Office, business operations, or strategy roles.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems into clear action plans.
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects to completion while working with teams across functions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions without relying on formal authority.
Comfortable working with data, business metrics, and numbers to develop practical, actionable recommendations.
Solid customer orientation and a willingness to interact directly with customers and frontline teams to understand real business challenges.
