CLIENT: One of the largest and most premium entertainment company having several screens across about 40 cities looking for RENOVATION PROJECT MANAGERS in all zones.

Key Drivers:
Managing end-to-end delivery of multiplex,hospitality, QSR and interior fit-out projects driving design,coordination, budgeting, execution strategy, and timely handover.
Lead project planning, vendor finalization, tendering, and execution for multiplex formats.
Drive coordination with architects, MEP consultants, designand procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee site work including civil, interior,MEP, HVAC, electrical (HV/LV/ELV), and fire-fighting systems.
Manage project budgets, cost approvals, BOQs.

Incumbent Profile:
BE-Civil
Project Management Qualified with 10+ years of experience in managing Hospitality, Multiplex, QSR and Fit-out projects.
Solid expertise in multisite rollouts, high-speed fit-outs, budgeting, MEP coordination, vendor management

REMUNERATION: 18LPA
