Education
MBA in Human Resources from a reputed institution, preferably a Tier-1 institute.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
HRMS implementation, configuration, and management (Darwinbox preferred)
HR process automation and optimization
HR analytics, reporting, and process adoption initiatives

Functional Expertise
Hands-on experience in implementing and managing HRMS platforms, preferably Darwinbox.
Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
Drive HR digitization, automation, and technology-enabled transformation projects.
Design and develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including process design, enhancement, automation, testing, deployment, user training, and adoption.
Robust understanding of HR processes, workflows, and system integration requirements.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting,



and insights generation to support business decision-making.
