Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Reporting Analyst for an MNC requirement. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards to support HR operations and workforce analytics. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Workday Report Writer, Advanced and Matrix reporting, calculated fields, and multiple Workday HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
Configure calculated fields and custom reporting solutions for complex HR requirements.
Support reporting across Workday Core HCM, Position Management, Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Security, Talent and Performance, Perks, and Compensation.
Maintain existing reports and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Develop dashboards and provide actionable workforce insights.




Gather reporting requirements from HR leaders and business stakeholders.
Establish and document reporting processes, SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
Monitor Workday releases and implement necessary reporting enhancements.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Drive reporting automation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across global teams.
