Roles & Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through outbound calls, inbound enquiries, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Counsel students regarding online and distance-learning courses, eligibility criteria, fees, duration, and admission procedures.
Explain the advantages of online education and help students select suitable courses based on their qualifications and career goals.
Generate admissions by regularly following up with interested candidates.
Assist students with the online application process and document submission.
Provide accurate information about universities, course structures, examinations, and available payment options.
Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-up details, and admission reports in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve monthly admission targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with the admission and documentation teams to ensure smooth enrolment.
Maintain qualified communication and provide timely support to students.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
