Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations to achieve production targets and business objectives.
Ensure productive production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Monitor manufacturing processes, product quality, and productivity.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable statutory requirements.
Control manufacturing costs, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor manpower planning, workforce utilization, and employee productivity.
Implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production resources.
Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational performance records.




Lead and motivate plant teams to achieve organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 1015+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, with suitable experience in plant leadership.
Industry Preference: FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Toiletries, or related manufacturing industries.
Education: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or a relevant discipline; other relevant qualifications may also be considered.
Robust knowledge of production planning, plant operations, quality systems, and maintenance coordination.
Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Candidates with experience managing end-to-end manufacturing plant operations will be preferred.
