Responsibilities — Trainee Collection Officer
Contact customers regarding overdue payments and discuss repayment plans.
Maintain records of collection activity and customer interactions.
Follow up on payment commitments.
Escalate complex cases to senior management.
Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and support collection strategies.
Follow regulatory standards and company policies.
Submit regular reports on collections and outstanding dues.

Responsibilities — Relationship Officer, Sales
Promote and sell financial products and services.
Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Identify business prospects and work toward sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings and product presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding.
Report sales activity, pipeline and market trends.

Monthly fuel allowance and also attractive performance incentives; details to be shared during the interview.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
