As Indus Hospitality continues to expand across India and international markets, we're looking for an exceptional Corporate Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision across our flagship brands, YAZU and Juliette.
We're seeking a passionate culinary leader with deep expertise in Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi, sashimi, robata, and traditional Japanese cooking techniques, along with a robust understanding of Pan-Asian and European cuisines.
The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience leading culinary operations across multiple restaurants.
Robust command of Japanese ingredients, techniques, authenticity, and presentation.
A creative approach to menu development and culinary innovation.
Expertise in kitchen operations, consistency,



cost management, and team development.
The ability to build and mentor high-performing culinary teams while supporting our expansion.
Location: Mumbai | Full-time, On-site
