Role & responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations and profitability.
Drive life insurance sales through agency channel.
Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors and sales teams.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.
Build and maintain solid customer and channel partner relationships.
Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company compliance standards.
Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
Prepare MIS reports and review branch performance regularly.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline .
Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance sales.
Prior experience in team handling/branch management is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
