Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in background verification (BGV) document validation with strong attention to accuracy and compliance standards. Proficient in candidate calling and direct candidate connect to gather and verify required information efficiently. Ability to review, cross-check, and validate supporting documents for completeness, authenticity, and consistency. Working knowledge of investigation and compliance processes within a forensic services setting. Solid communication skills to support clear coordination during verification and documentation follow-up activities.
