Job Description

Aanya Real Estate is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage construction site inventory, material receipts, storage, and issuance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily construction site store operations.
Check material quantity and quality against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and GRNs.
Issue materials to site engineers as per approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team.
Conduct physical stock verification and prepare stock reports.
Ensure proper storage and prevent material damage or wastage.

Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in any relevant discipline.
2–5 years of experience in store management, preferably in construction or real estate.
Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
Basic MS Excel and stock record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
