We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our R&D; Design team. The candidate will support product design, development, testing, and documentation activities related to electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the R&D; team in the design and development of electrical products and components.
Support preparation and maintenance of engineering drawings, design specifications, and technical documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams on product development and design improvement initiatives.
Assist in prototype development, product testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
Conduct basic technical analysis to support product performance, quality, and reliability.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and internal quality requirements.
Maintain design records and support continuous improvement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Valuable academic background and a solid interest in electrical / Mechanical product design and development.
Candidates willing to work from the Thane & Sinnar R&D; facility.
Required Skills
Positive fundamental knowledge of engineering concepts.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering design tools will be an advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
