The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a robust understanding of C2H hiring models and excellent communication and sourcing skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
