Requirement: Inside Sales

Experience: 6 months to 3 yrs

Location: Bangalore ( 6 days wfo)

Key Responsibilities
Provide immigration guidance to clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
Stay updated on immigration regulations and visa requirements to ensure accurate client guidance.
Evaluate client profiles and provide realistic feedback on their eligibility and available opportunities.
Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and converting leads into clients.
Guide clients throughout the immigration process, including document collection, verification, and application submission.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and generate current business leads.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members to improve sales performance and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications




1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2C sales.
EdTech sales experience is preferred. Candidates from other industries with strong B2C sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets are also encouraged to apply.
Solid verbal communication, negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.
A target-driven approach with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work setting.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software or lead management systems.

Language Requirements
Proficiency in English and any of the following regional languages: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
