Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and practical-minded Operations Executive to manage daily transportation and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
Monitor daily transportation and shipment activities.
Coordinate loading, unloading, transit, and delivery operations.
Track vehicle movements and shipment status.
Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve operational delays.
Maintain transport documents, delivery records, and PODs.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.
Identify problems and take practical steps to resolve them.
Ensure smooth and timely completion of daily operations.

Requirements:
Qualification:



Plus Two / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic Hindi speaking ability is mandatory.
Robust practical intelligence and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think independently and handle unexpected situations.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
Ability to take responsibility and work independently.
Four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
Preference for candidates residing in and around Kazhakuttom.
Transport or logistics experience will be an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable based on skills and experience.
