Role & responsibilities
Manage customer calls professionally and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain a high level of customer and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
Salary & Perks
CTC: 29,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: 26,000 per month
Shift Details: International Night Shift Process
Operational Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
Any 9-hour shift within the shift window
2 Rotational Weekly Offs
Training: Paid training conducted during daytime hours
Cab Facility: Available during odd hours (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided
