Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher to handle young learners and create a positive, engaging, and protected learning environment. The candidate should be skilled in early childhood education and capable of fostering holistic development in children.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Create a stimulating classroom environment for young learners
Teach basic skills such as numbers, colors, shapes, and social skills
Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, games, and play-based learning
Monitor and track student progress and development
Maintain discipline and ensure student safety at all times
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development




Organize classroom materials and resources effectively
Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Education (B.Ed.) / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori)
Minimum 13 years of experience in pre-primary teaching (freshers with relevant qualifications can apply)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children
Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of up-to-date teaching methodologies
Ability to handle young children with care and empathy
Good classroom management skills
