We are looking for an experienced and skilled Head of Medical Records Department (MRD) to lead and manage the hospitals Medical Records operations, ensuring accurate documentation, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, NABH standards, coding, audits, and productive team management.
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters in Medical Records / Health Information Management / Hospital Administration.
Certification in Medical Records will be an added advantage.
Experience
812 years in Hospital MRD, with a minimum of 3 years as MRD In-charge in a NABH Hospital.
