E-Learning Developer

We are looking for a creative E-Learning Developer skilled in building engaging, interactive, and visually appealing digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive courses using Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
Create branching scenarios, simulations, gamification, animations, quizzes, and assessments.
Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to meet learning objectives.
Ensure course quality, functionality, and learner engagement.

Requirements
Proven experience in E-Learning development.
Robust Storyline skills and a portfolio showcasing complex, interactive projects.
Knowledge of visual design, interaction design, and instructional design principles.
Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms is a plus.

Key – Paid Assessment Project

As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a paid project assignment to demonstrate their practical skills. Candidates will be compensated for the project delivered. This is a part of the selection process only.

Portfolio showcasing highly interactive E-Learning projects is mandatory.
