Job Description
Position: Branch Manager Retail / Affordable HL & LAP
Industry: Banking / NBFC
Key Responsibilities
Drive Affordable HL, LAP & Micro-LAP business and achieve monthly disbursal targets.
Generate business through DSAs, Connectors & Referral Partners.
Manage branch operations, portfolio quality and compliance.
Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve business targets.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Key Requirements
Experience: 3–10+ years in Banking / NBFC.
Robust knowledge of HL, LAP & secured lending products.
Experience in team handling, business development and channel management.
Solid local market knowledge and communication skills.
