• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 F&A; associates, overseeing daily planning, work allocation, managing operations, and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all F&A; processes in accordance with client SLAs and
internal KPIs.
Required Candidate profile
• 3+ yrs of progressive exp in F&A; operations (1 Yr as TL)
• Handling multiple transitions/projects & managing US-based clients.
• F&A; domains-AP, AR, GL, Month-End/Year-End Close, Reconciliations.
