Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will greet and engage customers, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate gas products and gear solutions. Responsibilities include handling in-store sales transactions, preparing quotations, maintaining product displays, and ensuring accurate stock levels. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with the operations team on orders and deliveries, and maintaining basic sales records and reports.



The Sales Associate is expected to follow all safety protocols, uphold company policies, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused store environment.

Qualifications
Solid customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle customer queries professionally.
Basic sales and negotiation abilities, including comfort with explaining product features and closing sales.
Ability to maintain accurate records, manage cash or digital transactions, and handle point-of-sale systems.
Valuable communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages used in Bengaluru is an advantage.
Attention to safety practices and willingness to learn product specifications related to gas and equipment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, organize merchandise, and work in a fast-paced retail or industrial sales environment.
Prior experience in retail sales, industrial supplies, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in sales or customer service is beneficial.
