Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, admissions, and career opportunities.
Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Explain programme structures, academic pathways, and admission procedures.
Maintain student enquiry databases, follow-up records, and daily reports.
Achieve admission targets and contribute to student enrolment growth.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant counselling or sales experience preferred.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets.
Ability to manage follow-ups, meet targets, and build relationships with students and parents.
Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply.
