Job Summary

Plant Talent Acquisition / HR mandate for an established Indian organisation with a large plant operation at Palghar. Own end-to-end plant recruitment covering staff and workmen hiring, manpower planning, sourcing through portals, referrals, consultants, local channels, campus/ITI, screening, interviews, documentation, offers, joining and onboarding. Maintain recruitment MIS and build local talent pipelines across Virar, Nalasopara, Vasai, Naigaon and Palghar. Supporting plant HR exposure across onboarding, engagement, attendance/time office, payroll inputs, documentation, exits, ER/grievance and contractor manpower/compliance is advantageous. In office Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM.

Responsibilities
