Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee overall operations, ensuring smooth and effective business functioning.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores, Logistics, and Finance teams for timely order execution and delivery.
Manage inventory, stock movement, dispatch, and equipment availability for sales and rental operations.
Monitor operational costs, productivity, turnaround time, and resource utilization.
Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and performance monitoring systems.
Lead and guide operational teams, ensuring accountability and achievement of targets.
Ensure timely order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and resolution of operational issues.
Monitor MIS reports, operational KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management.




Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.).

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA in Operations preferred.
1015 years of relevant experience, including leadership experience in operations.
Experience in scaffolding, construction equipment, manufacturing, equipment rental, or infrastructure is preferred.
Robust skills in team management, planning, inventory control, logistics, and process improvement.
