About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented qualified to evaluate business processes, analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify process gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Use Advanced Excel and SQL to analyze datasets and generate insights.
Collaborate with different departments to understand workflows and reporting needs.




Track performance metrics and recommend data-driven solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation and present findings to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or data analysis.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel and data analysis.
Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
