Role & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
Ensure work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Check measurements, quantities, material and workmanship.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Monitor project schedule, manpower and material requirements.
Ensure safety, quality and timely completion of work.
Assist in billing, BOQ verification and quantity reconciliation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
Positive knowledge of Interior works.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation and quantity measurement.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
