Contact customers regarding overdue credit card payments.
Follow up on pending dues and assist customers in making payments.
Maintain daily collection reports and update customer records.
Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in collections, recovery, telecalling, customer service, or banking is preferred.
Freshers with confidence and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
