Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Engineer role based in Marmagao. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose solutions that align with customer needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, responding to product and service inquiries, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support. The role involves working closely with the sales team to develop proposals, support negotiations, and maintain strong customer relationships. The Sales Engineer will also assist with troubleshooting, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to analyze client requirements and deliver effective solutions.




Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage client accounts, and support revenue growth.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in engineering, technology, or a related field are preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Marmagao, manage multiple client engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in a technical sales or field support role, along with familiarity with industrial or engineering products, is beneficial.
Solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and presentation software.
