Role: Manage day-to-day accounting, maintain accurate financial records, coordinate payments and collections, and support financial reporting and statutory compliance across the companys business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Prepare and verify customer invoices, vendor bills, debit notes, and credit notes with supporting documents.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, track outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile bank statements, customer and vendor ledgers, and intercompany balances, where applicable.
Maintain petty cash records and verify employee expense claims and reimbursements.
Check purchase orders, delivery challans, goods receipt records, and invoices before processing payments.
Coordinate with procurement, stores, sales,



and operations teams to reconcile inventory transactions and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare payroll inputs and support salary processing, deductions, and reimbursement calculations.
Compile records and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant or tax consultant for GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory filings.
Assist with monthly and annual closing, financial statements, audit schedules, and supporting documentation.
Prepare periodic reports on cash flow, expenses, collections, payables, receivables, and budget variances.
Maintain fixed asset records and assist with depreciation schedules.
Ensure proper filing, confidentiality, and easy retrieval of financial records.
Highlight payment discrepancies, overdue balances, and unusual transactions to management.
