Kalson India is a growing business focused on planters, home décor, and decorative products. We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and help expand our customer base, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Identify current sales opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers, generate leads, and convert enquiries into sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products, features, pricing, and applications to effectively communicate their value.
Client Communication: Handle customer enquiries, provide quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up regularly to close deals.
Market Research: Identify new markets, monitor competitors, and explore opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Order Management:



Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
Target Achievement: Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive attitude with a solid focus on achieving results.
Experience in home décor, furniture, building materials, retail, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
