Responsibilities:
Recover abandoned carts and help customers complete orders.
Verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Follow up on failed deliveries (NDR).
Provide delivery updates and basic customer support.
Working Hours: Versatile — only up to 1 hour per day, at any convenient time.
