Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for P2P Specialist / P2P Senior Analyst / P2P Analyst / Accounts Payable. The role involves managing end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, matching, posting, and timely vendor payments. Responsibilities include vendor account reconciliation, resolving invoice and payment discrepancies, and coordinating with procurement, finance, and business teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role also includes monitoring aging reports, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting in process standardization and automation initiatives.



The individual is expected to maintain strong internal controls, adhere to company policies, and support internal and external audits.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Finance and Accounting knowledge, including understanding of P2P and accounts payable processes.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and attention to detail for reconciliations, variance analysis, and issue resolution.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Candidates should possess Account Reconciliation skills, including vendor ledger reconciliation and support for closing activities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is beneficial.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in P2P, accounts payable, or similar finance operations roles in a corporate environment is an advantage.
Ability to work accurately under deadlines, follow standardized processes, and uphold compliance and internal control standards is expected.
