Role Description This is a full time in office role based in Mumbai for Semi Qualified CA and Senior Accountant professionals. The role includes managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and handling statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and income tax. Team members will assist in audits, prepare working papers, reconcile accounts, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The position also involves coordinating with clients to gather financial information, addressing queries, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.



Semi Qualified CA and Senior Accountant staff are expected to support process improvements, maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, and contribute to the firm’s service quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and other basic office productivity tools.
Experience in statutory and tax audits, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and preparation of working papers.
Ability to interpret and apply GST, TDS, and income tax provisions, and prepare related returns and documentation.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Educational background such as Semi Qualified CA (completed intermediate levels) or a bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance; prior experience in a CA firm or similar environment is an advantage.
