Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions through chat.
Excellent written communication skills in English are mandatory.
Positive typing speed and customer service skills are preferred.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Salary & Perks
CTC: 23,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: 19,000 per month
Shift Details: International Night Shift Process
Operational Window: 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM
Any 9-hour shift within the shift window
2 Rotational Weekly Offs
Training: Paid training conducted during daytime hours
Cab Facility: Available during odd hours (11:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
Either Pick-up or Drop facility provided
