Mandatory Skills
Hands-on experience with Workato.
Knowledge of EDI.
Hands-on experience with Orderful.
SAP exposure is mandatory.
70% development role and 30% support role.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Workato recipes, workflows, and integrations for inbound and outbound business transactions.
Work with API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, CSV, IDOC, and other structured/unstructured data formats.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and orchestration using Workato, including integration with SAP IDOCs and retail business transactions.
Design and implement end-to-end integration workflows between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and B2B partners.
Troubleshoot integration failures, recipe errors, API issues, and data processing exceptions,



including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance for enterprise integrations, automation workflows, and B2B transaction processes.
Work with Workato connectors, custom connectors, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
Monitor integration performance, create operational reports, and ensure data accuracy and process reliability.
Support SAP, ERP, CRM, retail, and supply chain systems integration using Workato.
Follow integration best practices for error handling, security, governance, and reusable component development.
