Loom Crafts is hiring two experienced Storekeepers to manage material receipts, storage, issues and inventory records.
Responsibilities
Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Record receipts, issues, returns and stock movements in Tally.
Maintain organised storage, material identification and bin locations.
Issue materials against authorised requirements.
Conduct physical stock counts, reconcile differences and report discrepancies.
Report shortages, damaged materials and slow-moving stock.
Coordinate with purchase,
production and accounts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements
Preferably 3+ years of manufacturing stores or inventory management experience.
Hands-on experience with Tally inventory and working knowledge of Excel.
Familiarity with stores documentation and physical stock reconciliation.
Solid accuracy, organisation and material-control skills.
Furniture or prefab manufacturing experience preferred.
