About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Site Sales Representatives to join the sales team of Wonder Cement on a third-party payroll.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in field sales, positive communication skills, and the willingness to travel within the assigned territory and develop business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Visit construction sites, contractors, builders, dealers, and other relevant customers in the assigned territory.
Generate new sales leads and develop relationships with existing customers.




Promote and sell Wonder Cement products as per assigned targets.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
Regularly follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain robust relationships with contractors, masons, builders, and dealers.
Monitor market activities, competitor presence, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Prepare daily/weekly field visit and sales reports.
Ensure proper coordination with the distributor/dealer network and internal sales team.
