Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid background in IT services sales, particularly in Mobile and Web Development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, proposal creation, client conversion, and managing end-to-end business development activities across India, US, UK, and Canada markets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, email marketing, referrals, etc.)
Handle end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, estimations, and RFP/RFQ responses
Communicate effectively with international clients (India, US, UK, Canada)
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and contracts to close deals successfully
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, and conversion metrics




Collaborate with internal teams for project handover and smooth execution
Lead, mentor, and manage junior BDEs or sales team members
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Required Skills Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in an IT company
Robust knowledge of Mobile App Development and Web Development services
Expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, negotiation, and conversion
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, India)
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions
Robust team handling and leadership skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
