Job Description Quality Control

Experience: Minimum 6 Months

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control to ensure the quality and reliability of electronic components and industrial products, including electronic boards, pressure sensors, and heaters.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform regular quality inspections of electronic boards, pressure sensors, heaters,

and other components
Conduct in-process and final inspections as per approved quality standards and inspection

procedures.
Check products for dimensional, functional, visual, and workmanship-related defects.
Identify, record, and report quality issues, defects, and deviations.
Ensure finished products meet the required specifications, drawings, and quality standards before release.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, check sheets, and quality records.
Ensure all inspection reports are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Segregate and identify non-conforming materials/products and support corrective actions.
Maintain proper inspection tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
Follow company quality procedures,



safety requirements, and work instructions.
Support continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality
Control/Inspection, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing setting.
Basic knowledge of electronic components and assemblies.
Knowledge of inspection methods and quality documentation.
Ability to read basic drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection tools.
Valuable observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify defects accurately.
Valuable documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to complete assigned inspections and
reports within the required timeline.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in inspection of electronic products, sensors, heaters, or similar industrial

products will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or a related field. (Mechatronics).
