Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare architectural, structural, or MEP models as per project requirements.
Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary design teams.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, sections, and schedules.
Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project BIM execution plans.
Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.
Support BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers in project delivery.
Manage model updates, revisions, and documentation.
Mentor junior BIM modellers and review their modelling deliverables.
Ensure timely delivery of BIM models in accordance with project deadlines.

Required Skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM modelling.




Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and LOD requirements.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline

Preferred Experience

Experience working on commercial buildings, residential developments, hospitals, airports, infrastructure, or other large-scale projects.
