Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage performance appraisals, employee relations, and training and development initiatives.
Support manpower planning and build a productive, motivated workforce across the organisation.

Preferred candidate profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
58 years of experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Robust knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage HR operations independently and work closely with management.
Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation is essential.
