Division- Diagnostics

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategy, dealer management strategy, and business development plans, along with accurate sales forecasts to achieve annual objectives.
Manage and lead the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets, revenue, and growth objectives for the region.
Identify and develop recent key accounts to expand the customer base.
Effectively manage the customer and influence ecosystem through well-defined systems and processes.
Monitor debtors and coordinate with credit control to ensure timely billing and collections.
Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize obsolete and slow-moving stock and reduce overall inventory costs.
Develop and execute a channel distribution strategy and ensure regular and timely reporting from dealers.
Ensure effective execution of sales and business strategies in the region.
Provide training and guidance to the Regional Sales team to enhance performance.
