Job Responsibilities

Leaders are to be appointed by you and generate business through leaders ( who appoint the agents ) through them selling health products.
Recruit, train leaders and advisors and generate business through them in the assigned region.
Responsible for licensing (IRDA exam ) & tracking activation of the same regularly.
Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
