Role Overview

We are looking for a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in the Purchase/Procurement Department to support audit activities related to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

Key Responsibilities
Review purchase transactions related to goods and services.
Support audit activities within the Purchase Department.
Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs), vendor databases, and material lists.
Verify purchase documentation and ensure compliance with established procurement processes.




Work with SAP for basic procurement-related activities and transaction checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, covering the purchase of goods and services.
Basic knowledge of SAP, including commonly used transaction codes (T-codes).
Familiarity with Purchase Requisitions (PRs), vendor master data, and material lists.
Prior audit experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Valuable attention to detail and understanding of procurement processes.
