Role Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child s cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Deliver specialized instruction using multi-sensory, assistive, and activity-based teaching techniques for children with ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, and intellectual delays.
Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists to align academic goals with therapeutic outcomes.
Conduct ongoing assessments to track progress and modify teaching strategies for optimal learning outcomes.
Engage parents through regular feedback, workshops, and home-intervention guidance to ensure continuity of learning.




Maintain comprehensive records of student progress, behavioral observations, and session notes in compliance with center protocols.
